Hello friends,

I say some rules of MS. Office Course-2003 today. Generally MS Office means MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point etc. Firstly we will know MS word. It has some extra rules.
I will describe here. I want to know by using some steps.

STEP- 1.1:      How can you Run a new page of MS word?

Ø  Click start from your monitor screen
Ø  All programs1
Ø  Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office 2003/2007
Ø  Microsoft word Documents.

STEP- 1.2:      Writing Basic?

STEP- 1.3:      Select Text and Graphics.

Ø  If select by mouse, click the mouse pointer from where you want to select and Drag that position.
Ø  If you want to select all characters of the documents, Press Shift A.
Ø  Any kind of Blank can block by click or using key-Board.

STEP- 1.5:      To Exit From Microsoft Word.

Ø  Click file → Exit
Ø  If show this dialog box:
Ø  If you click Yes to save/ No to Not to save/ Cancel to Omit it.
